NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 23, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2017 CA 005583 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7, Plaintiff and RONALD W. POTH; KIMBERLIE POTH; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A TYLER POTH are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on June 28, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
LOTS 471 AND 472, SOUTH VENICE UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
