NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 5/22/2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-005615 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, where in THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-72, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-72, is the Plaintiff and CINDY CARL, RICHARD CARL, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., EAGLE HOME MORTGAGE INC., CITY OF CAPE CORAL, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on June 21, 2019, at 9:00 A.M., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 22 and 23, Block 2077, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 31, according to the Plat thereof in Plat Book 14, Pages 149 through 165, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of this Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
