NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 22nd day of May, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-004698, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and SUSAN D. DENNY, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE BETTE ANN GOTT REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JULY 23, 2008 CASCADES AT RIVER HALL RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC. UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE BETTE ANN GOTT REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JULY 23, 2008 UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BETTE A. GOTT A/K/A BETTE ANN GOTT ALLEN L. GOTT KENNETH P. GOTT JANET LYNN FIELDS SUSAN D. DENNY; and RANDALL G. GOTT UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
