NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 19-CA-001294 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OH2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OH2, Plaintiff, and ISAAC E. SIERRA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN# 100015700080001072); CITY OF CAPE CORAL; METSCHLAW, P.A.;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 20 day of June, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 6 AND 7, IN BLOCK 425, OF UNIT 15, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, AT PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
