NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment - 5-22-19, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-005945 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor-In-Interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Zuni Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-OA1 Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA1, Plaintiff and Nikole Marie Risch are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee. realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on June 24, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
APARTMENT NO. 416 OF THE CRECIENTE CONDOMINIUM NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1056, AT PAGE 832, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
