The vehicle will be sold for $602.43. Sale will be held by lienor at Bonita Auto Center Inc. 26950 Old 41 Rd Bonita Springs, FL 34135 239 947 5810 . Pursuant to F.S. 713.585, the cash sum amount of $602.43 would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from the lienor. Any owner, lienholders, or interested parties have a right to a hearing prior to the sale by filing a demand with the Lee County Clerk of Circuit Court for disposition. The owner has a right to recover possession of the vehicle prior to the sale, by posting a bond pursuant to F.S. 559.917, and if sold, proceeds remaining from the sale will be deposited with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Lee County for disposition.
