NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 16, 2019 in Civil Case No. 18-CA-006648 , of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and MARK S. GUENTHER; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on June 19, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 5 BAYAMO ADDITION TO WEST TAMPA ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 PAGE 77, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
