NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 22, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-003368 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Franklin Credit Management Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Julie Ann Roesch and Peter Nyamora are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM EST on the 25th day of June 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
