NUTTER & COMPANY, Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, VERNON C. SNYDER, DECEASED, ROBIN CAROLE SNYDER, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF VERNON C. SNYDER A/K/A VERNON CLAYED SNYDER A/K/A VERNON C. SNYDER SR., DECEASED, SCOTT SNYDER VILLENEUVE A/K/A SCOTT WALTER SNYDER, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF VERNON C. SNYDER A/K/A VERNON CLAYED SNYDER A/K/A VERNON C.
