Bragg a/k/a Jackie Bragg; Black Point Assets, Inc., as Trustee Under the 4106 Kimber Rae Court Lane Trust Dated March 1, 2013; Tammy L. Bragg; Railroad & Industrial Federal Credit Union; and Unknown Tenant/Owners n/k/a Samantha Rey which was entered by this Court on May 21, 2019 in Civil Case Number 13-CA-007789 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUND II TRUST is the Plaintiff and JACKIE F.
