NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2019, and entered in 14-CA-004955 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and CATHERINE CARR A/K/A CATHERINE S. CARR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHERINE CARR A/K/A CATHERINE S. CARR; CHRIS VALENTE A/K/A CHRISTOPHER VALENTE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRIS VALENTE A/K/A CHRISTOPHER VALENTE; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; THE ENCLAVE AT WESTCHASE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; WESTCHASE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are the Defendant(s).
