NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-CA-008391 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for C-BASS Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-CB4, C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-CB4 is the Plaintiff and Ruben Gomez a/k/a Ruben Gomez, Jr.; Brenda Gomez; Household Finance Corporation III; Asset Acceptance LLC are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 19th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 40 FEET OF LOT 254 AND THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 255, BLOCK “L”, PINECREST VILLA, ADDITION NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
