NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated entered May 23, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 18-CA-006948 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF HADYS BADAL, THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF HADYS BADAL are the Defendants. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on July 25, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
The West 1/2 of Lot 51, Green Grass Acres First Addition, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 59, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
