NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date entered May 15, 2019 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated entered September 18, 2018 and entered in Case No.: 18-3739-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and AQUILLA ANDREWS AND ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS, INC., are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on June 18, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
The North 40 feet of Lot 16 and the South 5 feet of Lot 15, La Plaza Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 10, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
