TO: STEFAN R. HUGH, RACHEL C. PICKARD and all others who may claim an interest in the above-described $4,750.00 U.S. Currency (hereinafter the “Property”). Petitioner, BOB GUALTIERI, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, seized the Property on or about March 4, 2019, at or near 11547 - 116 Street N., Largo, Pinellas County, Florida, and will file or has filed with the Pinellas County Circuit Court a verified Complaint for Forfeiture to obtain a Final Order of Forfeiture perfecting the right, interest and title to the Property for the use or benefit of the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, all pursuant to Section 932.701-.704, Florida Statutes (2018).
