Final Judgment was awarded on May 2, 2019 in Civil Case No. 18-004228-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CATHERINE MALDONADO; FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG NO. 303, INC.; THOMAS VALENTIN; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; CHRISTINA YAREMBINSKY; LEEANNE ALEXANDRINI A/K/A LEANNE ALEXANDRINI; THOMAS S. VALENTIN AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 18, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT A-102, CORNELL BUILDING, FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG NO. 303, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG NO. 303, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4068, PAGES 1766-1830, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 22-24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
