NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2019, and entered in 18-004354-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-12N is the Plaintiff and LARRY TIPTON; RAE ARDEN TIPTON; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 03, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
