NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2019, entered in Case No. 13-002693-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Mary Catok; United States of America; State of Florida; Pinellas County Clerk of Circuit Court; Pinellas County are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 2, EUCLID ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
