NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2019, entered in Case No. 522018CA007086XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the Plaintiff and Zachary Moore; Unknown Spouse of Zachary Moore are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 19th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PORTION OF LOT 12, FAIR OAKS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF CAPTIONED LAND, THE CORNER SHOULD BE A POINT LYING 178.35 FEET WESTERLY OF THE CENTER LINE OF WELLINGTON DRIVE AND THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER SHOULD BE A POINT ON THE BANK OF ALLEN'S CREEK WHICH IS TO LIE 173.86 FEET WESTERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF WELLINGTON DRIVE AND THE ASSUMED BEARING OF THE NORTH-SOUTH OUTER SIDE OF THE WALL WOULD BE ESSENTIALLY A STRAIGHT LINE RUNNING BETWEEN THE TWO IDENTICAL CORNERS APPROXIMATELY N 00 DEGREES 36'33” WEST FOR A DISTANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 85 FEET.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
