CITY OF DUNEDIN ITB # 2347 MARINA BOAT RAMP IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
Sealed bids for the “Marina Boat Ramp Improvements Project” will be received until the time and date noted below at the Purchasing Office, in the City of Dunedin Municipal Services Building, 750 Milwaukee Avenue, Dunedin, Florida 34698. Bids will be opened, logged in and read aloud at that time. Any individual requiring assistance must give the Purchasing Section written notice 48 hours in advance so accommodations can be made.

The scope of this project requires the construction of a ramp for non-motorized small sailing vessels at the City Marina located at 51 Main Street Dunedin, FL. The project requires the construction of a vinyl sheet pile wall and concrete deck ramp with modifications to the adjacent parking area asphalt and seawall cap for access. The ramp is to be located in the southwest corner of the marina property and will allow direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Envelopes containing bids shall be securely sealed and clearly marked:

Bid specifications are available at the office the Purchasing Agent (Phone: 727-298-3077) at the address noted above. You may also email your request to: [email protected] or download the specifications from www.demandstar.com. There is no cost for the specifications. Bids shall be prepared in the same format as listed in the specifications and remain firm for a period of 90 calendar days. The City reserves the right to accept those bids which are in the best interest of the City; to waive informalities; or to reject any or all bids. Bids which are incomplete or which are not submitted in accordance with these instructions and specifications may be disqualified.
