FURNIA R. BELLAS,
Deceased.
FURNIA R. BELLAS, a resident of Pinellas County, Florida, who died January 31, 2019, was the Grantor, Trustee and Primary Beneficiary of a Trust entitled: THE FURNIA R. BELLAS TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 14, 2008, and any and all Amendments thereto, which is a Trust described in Section 733.707(3) of the Florida Statutes, and is liable for the expenses of the administration of the Decedent's Estate and enforceable claims of the Decedent's creditors to the extent the Decedent's Estate is insufficient to pay them as provided in Section 733.607(2) of the Florida Statutes.
The name and address of the Successor Co-Trustees are set forth below.
The Clerk shall file and index this Notice of Trust in the same manner as a caveat unless there exists a probate proceeding for the Settlor's Estate in which case this Notice of Trust must be filed in the probate proceeding and the Clerk shall send a copy to the Personal Representative.
