NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-005657-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Grow Financial Federal Credit Union, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Andrew L. Taylor, deceased; Cathelia Francina Taylor; Grow Financial Federal Credit Union; The Seven Oaks Condominium Association, an unincorporated association; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 25th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
APARTMENT 208 OF THE SEVEN OAKS APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2933, PAGE 89, AS AMENDED AND AS RECORDED IN THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 30, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
