NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2019, and entered in Case No. 14-006440-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and PAUL DESJARDINS; AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; AUTUMN RUN-BEACON RUN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 26TH day of JUNE, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 167, AUTUMN RUN UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 31 - 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
