NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 23, 2019 in Civil Case No. 52-2018-CA-006223 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein MIDFIRST BANK is Plaintiff and CECELIA ALLORTO A/K/A CECELIA SIMMERS, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10TH day of July, 2019 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 13, Block A, Bay Breeze Estates, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 27, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
