NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated February 27, 2019 and recorded March 4, 2019 in the Official Records Book 2770, Page 5819 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida as Instrument Number 201941019965 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at Little Gull Cottages Manager's Office, 5330 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, FL 34228 on the 20th day of November, 2019, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Manatee County, Florida, to-wit:
