TO: Any and all unknown minors, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, trustees, or other claimants claiming by, through, under or against the Estate of KIM SUE ALLEN a/k/a KIM S. ALLEN, Deceased; and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage regarding the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
The West 70 feet of Lot 2 and the North 20 feet of the West 70 feet of Lot 3, Block B, J.A. Lamb's Plat, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 297, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: FREDERICK J. MURPHY, JR., Esquire, Attorney for Plaintiff, Boswell & Dunlap LLP, 245 South Central Avenue, Post Office Drawer 30, Bartow, FL 33831, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice Of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
