NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018CA003983AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Yale Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Everett J. Bell a/k/a Everett Jerome Bell a/k/a Everett Bell, Deceased; Erica Natasha Peterson a/k/a Erica Peterson; Jokevious Keon Maurice Bell a/k/a Jokevious Bell; Emari Bell, a minor child by and through his natural Guardian and Mother Tanesha Chaunta Stevenson; Everett Bell, Jr., a minor child by and through his natural Guardian and Mother Tanesha Chaunta Stevenson are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 26th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 438 AND 439, LESS THE EAST 75 FEET, PINECREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 55 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
