NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 7, 2019 in Civil Case No. 53-2018-CA-003319 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and MISSY LAROSE A/K/A GLORIA LORETTA LAROSE, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of January 2020 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

TOGETHER WITH A 40 FOOT DRAINAGE DITCH EASEMENT LYING BETWEEN #21 AND TRACT #11, WHICH THE GRANTEE HEREIN TOGETHER WITH THE GRANTEES OF TRACT #15 THROUGH TRACT #20 AND TRACT #22 THROUGH TRACT #26 AND TRACT #30-A, 10, 13 AND 14 AGREE TO MAINTAIN, AND BEING SUBJECT TO RIGHT-OF-WAY OF CORONET ROAD ALONG THE EAST SIDE THEREOF AND SUBJECT TO TAMPA ELECTRIC EASEMENT OF RECORD, AND BEING SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS OF RECORD TO POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH WELL, PUMP, MOTOR, PRESSURE TANK, SEPTIC TANK AND A DOUBLEWIDE 1989, SUNPOINT (FLEETWOOD) MANUFACTURED HOME BEARING SERIAL NUMBERS FLFLJ32A10767ST & FLFLJ32B10767ST.
