Noles, Hampton Hills South Homeowners Association, Inc., Sharice Noles, Polk County, Florida, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Christopher Stidham, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Kaitlyn McCorkle, Ridge Centre Shoppes, LLC , are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the November 20, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
