NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 11, 2019 and entered in Case No. 532019CA000999000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and NIGEL ANTHONY LLEWELLYN JENKINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NIGEL ANTHONY LLEWELLYN JENKINS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; INTERNATIONAL BASS LAKE RESORT HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TIDEWATER FINANCE COMPANY T/A TIDEWATER CREDIT SERVICES A/K/A TIDEWATER FINANCE COMPANY D/B/A TIDEWATER CREDIT SERVICES; TIDEWATER FINANCE COMPANY D/B/A TIDEWATER MOTOR CREDIT; are defendants. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
