NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 17, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-00564 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Rhonda Raines, Robert Raines, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 21 day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 69, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 50, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
