LaRochelle, deceased; Audrey LaRochelle a/k/a Audrey D. La Rochelle a/k/a Audrey D. LaRochelle a/k/a Audrey-Dianne LaRochelle a/k/a Audrey-Dianne Stebbins; Audrey LaRochelle a/k/a Audrey D. La Rochelle a/k/a Audrey D. LaRochelle a/k/a Audrey-Dianne LaRochelle a/k/a Audrey-Dianne Stebbins, as personal representative of the estate of Donald Z. Larochelle Revocable Trust dated April 27, 2004; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; et al., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 21 day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 23, BLOCK 382, OF MARCO BEACH UNIT TWELVE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 87 THROUGH 91, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 472 PARKHOUSE CT, MARCO ISLAND, FL 34145
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
