NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 7, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-02473 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Washington Mutual Asset-Backed Certificates WMABS Series 2007-HE2 , is the Plaintiff and Cipriano Perez a/k/a Cipriano M. Perez, Guadalupe Perez, Discover Bank, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 21 day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 38, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
