Notice is hereby given that Welsh Companies Florida, Inc., a Florida corporation (“Welsh”), on behalf of J&B Properties, a Minnesota general partnership, will sell at a public sale the below described personal property pursuant to Chapter 715, Florida Statutes. The public sale will be held at 2403 Trade Center Way, Suite 4, Naples, FL 34109 at November 22, 2019 at 2:00 pm and relates to the abandoned personal property of the last tenant, Shady Lady Window Treatments, Inc., a Florida corporation, to wit:
Various commercial and residential window treatment-related items and business-related property and equipment including, but not limited to, sales displays, office furniture, office equipment, wood and metal racks and shelving, storage and filing cabinets, miscellaneous tools and hardware.
Purchases must be made with cash only and paid at the above-referenced address in order to complete the transaction. Welsh may refuse any bid and may rescind any purchase until the winning bidder takes possession of the personal property.
