NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Amended Order Granting Motion to Enforce dated 10-15-2019, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Third Floor Lobby area of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, in Naples, Collier County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on November 21, 2019, the following described property:
Lot 67, Pebblebrooke Lakes Phase 3, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page(s) 81 through 84, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A statement that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
