NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 23, 2019, entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-000452-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee For Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2007-BR2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-BR2 is the Plaintiff and Charles D. Roberts a/k/a Charles David Roberts a/k/a Charles Roberts; Unknown Spouse of Charles D. Roberts a/k/a Charles David Roberts a/k/a Charles Roberts; Lisa M. Roberts a/k/a Lisa Marie Roberts; Unknown Spouse of Lisa M. Roberts a/k/a Lisa Marie Roberts; The Cove Homeowners Association of Naples, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51, THE COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 11-13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
