NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (IN REM) dated October 17, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2019CA000763CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-9CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9CB, Plaintiff, and ROBERT S. PRISCO; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100133700004272400);, are Defendants.

LOT 589, OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF THE HIGHLANDS V, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS: THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 2/5 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, EXCEPT THE WEST 25 FEET OF SAID PARCEL.
