NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2019, and entered in 2019CA001495CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES NC 2006-HE2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES NC 2006-HE2 is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN M. CANNON; JULIE H. CANNON A/K/A JULIE CANNON; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; DUPREE LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on November 26, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
