Chane, 14206 5th Street, Dade City, Florida 33523, on or before NOV 25 2019 and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 38053 Live Oak Avenue, Dade City, Florida 33523 before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
