NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2019, and entered in Case No. 51-2019-CA-000780-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as trustee for Freddie Mac Seasoned Credit Risk Transfer Trust, Series 2017-2,as owner of the Related Mortgage Loan, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Alan C. Stentz, deceased, Carol Stentz, Robert Stentz a/k/a Craig Stentz, Bill Stentz, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the November 25, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
