NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2019, entered in Case No. 2014 CA 005715 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC is the Plaintiff and Elizabeth Sniegocki a/k/a Elizabeth C. Sniegocki; Jeffrey T. Sniegocki; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein names individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Forest Lakes South Homeowner's Association, Inc. a dissolved corporation; Forest Lakes South Subdivision Homeowners Association, Inc. a dissolved Corporation; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, beginning on the 21st day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 75, FOREST LAKES SOUTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
