YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, LAVERNE T. BALL (the “Plaintiff”), has filed an action against you seeking to partition real property located at 251 Cocoa Ln, Venice, Florida 34239 (the “Property”) situated in Sarasota County, Florida, and is more particularly described as follows:
UNIT 101, PURITAN ARMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1327, PAGES 863 THRU 901, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1551, PAGE 492, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGES 10, 10-A AND 10-B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and on or before 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Plaintiff's attorney and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
