HARDMAN, deceased, File Number 2019 CP 004518 SC, is pending in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of the court is 4000 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL 34293. If you have been served with a copy of this notice and you have any claim or demand against decedent's estate, even if that claim is unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, you must file your claim with the court ON OR BEFORE LATER OF A DATE THAT IS 3 MONTHS AFTER THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE.
All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, must file their claims with this court ON OR BEFORE THE DATE THAT IS 3 MONTHS AFTER THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
EVEN IF A CLAIM IS NOT BARRED BY THE LIMITATIONS DESCRIBED ABOVE, ALL CLAIMS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN FILED WILL BE BARRED TWO YEARS AFTER DESCENDENT'S DEATH.
