CHARLSON also known as BARBARA JESS CHARLSON, deceased, whose date of death was June 28, 2019; File Number 19-CP-2019, is pending in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P.O. Box 2469, Ft. Myers, FL 33902. The names and addresses of the personal representatives and the personal representatives' attorney are set forth below.

ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702 WILL BE FOREVER BARRED
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
