YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
LYING AND BEING LOCATED IN THE CITY OF TAMPA, COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH, STATE OF FLORIDA; ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OR TRACT OF LAND KNOWN AS:
LOT 13 AND THAT PART OF LOT 12, BLOCK 1, TAMPA PALMS 5C, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE SAID PART OF LOT 12 BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 12 AND RUN THENCE NORTH 85 DEGREES 30 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 205.12 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF THE SAID LOT 12; THENCE ALONG SAID EASTERLY BOUNDARY, 7.79 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT, HAVING A RADIUS OF 50.00 FEET, A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 08 DEGREES 55 MINUTES 21 SECONDS AND A CHORD BEARING AND DISTANCE OF SOUTH 02 DEGREES 06 MINUTES 06 SECONDS WEST 7.78 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SAID LOT 12; THENCE SOUTH 87 DEGREES 40 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF THE SAID LOT 12 A DISTANCE OF 204.37 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon SHAPIRO, FISHMAN & GACHÉ, LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 4630 Woodland Corporate Blvd., Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33614, on or before DECEMBER 10TH 2019 and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
