NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2019, entered in Case No.: 2019 CA 006484 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NORMA R. LINDFORS AND NANTUCKET V CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Court shall sell the subject property at public sale on December 5, 2019 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, conducted electronically online at http://www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com. All electronic sales will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed
The following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment will be sold:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 9, NANTUCKET V, CONDOMINIUM PART 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16 PAGE 63, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8574, PAGE 1733, TOGETHER WITH SUPPLEMENT IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8739, PAGE 1622 AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 79 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.

NOTICE: Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
