NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2019, and entered in Case No. 29-2018-CA-011333 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. , is the Plaintiff and Semyon Aminov, Tampa Palms Owners Association, Inc., Ashington Neighborhood Association, Inc., Bay Area Lawn Maintenance, Inc., Patrick J. McKeon II a/k/a Patrick James McKeon II, Tampa Palms North Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the November 25, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
