NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2019, and entered in Case No. 29-2019-CA-000547 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Cora L. Roberts, deceased, Canon Financial Services, Inc., Joann Polk, Karl Sams, Lessie Williams, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a John Doe, Walter Leon Sams a/k/a Walter L. Sams, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the November 21, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
