THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-6CB, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-6CB, is Plaintiff and RICHARD D. SCHOFIELD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD D. SCHOFIELD; RICHARD T. SCHOFIELD; TILLCO, INC.; LYON FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. DBA US BANCORP MANIFEST FUNDING SERVICES; AMERICAN EXPRESS NATIONAL BANK AS SUCCESSOR TO AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB; HTB SBA TRUST 2009-2; SYNOVUS BANK; CP VENTURE FIVE- AV, LLC; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; SYSCO CENTRAL FLORIDA, INC. F/K/A SYSCO FOOD SERVICES OF CENTRAL FLORIDA, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 26TH day of NOVEMBER, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, IN BLOCK 20, OF WEST HYDE PARK HENDRY & KNIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
