NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-005663, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is Plaintiff and DAVID KNIGHT AKA DAVID A. KNIGHT; UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS; WHITBURN LLC, AS TRUSTEE ONLY, UNDER THE 2307 TIMBERLANE LAND TRUST DATED THE 10TH OF FEBRUARY, 2016, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27TH day of NOVEMBER, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 IN BLOCK 2 OF WOODFIELD VILLAGE UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 15 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
